CHARLOTTE HEWITT

Communications
Charlotte has over 10 years’ experience in sales, marketing and communications with companies primarily in the financial and trading sectors. Her roles have taken her to London, Geneva, and Sao Paolo, where she was responsible for new business, marketing, stakeholder communication and investor relations. Her initial commodities sales role anchored her approach to communications in supporting commercial business objectives. She ties this with creatively making the businesses she works with ‘shine’ through mediums such as social media, websites, support materials and newsletters. She holds a degree in Languages from King’s College London and is a Chartered Institute of Public Relations (CIPR) Accredited Practitioner.
DAVID WOODWARD

Advisor
David was in the Office Equipment industry for 35 years owning & operating his own business. He oversaw a significant expansion of the business, through organic growth & a number of acquisitions, leading to their becoming one of the most respected companies operating in the industry. He has relationships with many of the leading manufacturers including Ricoh, Canon & Kyocera. He led a successful sale of the business to a trade buyer in 2018.
JON ØYVIND ERIKSEN

Advisor
Jon is an accomplished fintech entrepreneur, CEO and venture capital investor. He established and lead several successful technology companies including Internet Aksess, Kantega and Signicat, providing secure transaction software and platforms to customers in the financial services industry. Jon has also served at Investinor, the Norwegian Government owned investment company, for 8 years, where he led the tech sector investment area. He now leads the VC fund Aidiom, which focusses on AI-enabled enterprise software. ​Jon holds an MBA with Distinction from London Business School, a MSc from NTNU - Norwegian Institute of Science and Technology and is a CFA charter holder.
TIM YOUNG

Risk Advisor
Tim has enjoyed a career lasting over 25 years in the global financial services industry. He was previously Global Head of the Strategic Transactions Group at Swiss Re Capital Markets, designing and implementing complex cross-border transactions for its client base worldwide. He has also worked in senior positions in the structured finance groups at Bank of America and RBS.​ He has recently been consulting with several global financial institutions on the correct regulatory capital treatment of a range of financial products, particularly in the areas of credit correlation, derivatives, real estate and trade finance. His main role has been to devise strategies for the efficient use of regulatory capital under Basel III/CRR for assets that were effectively trapped on the bank’s balance sheet. Tim holds a degree in economics from Kingston University and is a qualified member of the Association of Corporate Treasurers.
TOM COWLING

General Counsel
Tom is a Board Director and Chief Governance Office with Power by Britishvolt, the UK's foremost investor in battery manufacturing and technologies. Prior to Britishvolt, Tom was a Board Director and General Counsel to Ecotricity Group, the leading UK renewables energy group, were he advised on all of the business' major milestones for the group including corporate an renewable energy infrastructure funding and finance, and the development and disposal of a national electric vehicle charging network. Having started his career in investment banking, Tom brings with him extensive commercial, corporate, finance/funding and dispute resolution experience especially in highly regulated and complex sectors. He combines his in-depth knowledge and in-house experience with a pragmatic, commercial approach.
