HOW IT WORKS IN PRACTICE

SupplierPay™ fits neatly into your existing processes - no new systems, no change to contracts, and no disruption to the way you already work.

STEP 1

INVOICING

The Seller invoices the Buyer as usual. Levantor does not require actual invoices or copies, just a list in whatever format is produced by the Seller or Buyer’s ERP system.

STEP 2

REQUEST

The Buyer submits a request to defer payment on the invoices by email. Once approved, the Buyer electronically accepts the obligation to pay at maturity.

STEP 3

THE SELLER IS PAID

The Seller is paid either on standard payment terms, or earlier as required. Levantor’s platform generates and sends a reconciliation file in the Seller’s preferred format.

STEP 4

THE BUYER PAYS

The Buyer pays on the deferred payment date, as agreed.
